  • Refund Policy: No-quibble replacement or refund within 30 days (see Refunds and Return Policy below). If there is any query or issue with your order please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you most efficiently.
  • Shipping Policy: Goods are normally shipped by air from Shanghai within 48 hours. Free shipping offer is currently available for orders over $150USD, we may change this offer from time to time. European deliveries are normally duty paid. See Shipping Policy and Calculator page for details.
  • If we are unable to accept your order due to stock, pricing, deliverability or other issues, we will offer other options or a full refund and coupon to compensate for your inconvenience.
  • Refunds and Returns Policies: Inkston allows you to return items for replacement or refund within 30 days.
    Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will advise on best action.
  • Damaged or defective goods: Our items are handmade and packed with care in gift presentation packaging and should reach you in perfect condition. If there is any problem on delivery please photograph the product and packaging and send us as soon as possible (for example by reply to your order confirmation email) so we can take this up with the shipping company or craftsperson and arrange to send replacement.
  • Other delivery problem: If your goods don’t arrive within the expected time, please check the status with the shipping tracking code we provided. Please also contact us and we will follow up with the shipping company to resolve any issue.
  • Unwanted goods: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Refunds: Refunds and partial refunds are normally processed using the original payment method, so the refund should appear on the PayPal account or card used to make the original payment.
