How can get this with free shipping to North America?

The brush has a free handling fee; so you will only pay base postage. a lovely speciality brush
This is a lovely stiff brush with long bristles. I liked it enough that I ordered another so that I would have one for ink and one for watercolor. Not the first choice for a beginner or for someone who is able to purchase only a few brushes but a lovely speciality brush.
