Today we have received notification from DHL China that most of the shipping services will resume on 3rd February. Therefore, we expect to ship your pending parcels from 3rd February. You will receive a shipping notification shortly with details of your parcel's tracking information in the first week of February.

We appreciate all the heartwarming messages you have sent to us in recent weeks. Luckily, this coronavirus has infected none of us at Inkston. Fortunately, the situation seems developing towards a positive direction now due to the collective work of all Chinese people and efficient planning & organisation of an effective central government. The central government has issued a notice that 'holiday' will end on 2nd February. All the services will recover gradually from this day.
